Introduction	Welcome to my blog - 'My Boiled Eggs and Soldiers. On this page, you will find ‘The exquisite made easy’- my motto on how cooking should be: creating the exciting dishes you see in restaurants, on TV, at dinner parties and being able to create them yourself without hassle and palava . My aim is to encourage you into a passionate lifelong love affair with food: from experimenting with ingredients and trying new things, to creating delicious, mouth-watering dishes that give you the ‘WOW’ factor. I will share with you some of my most treasured foodie experiences, which will hopefully pump you with enthusiasm to make them your own, as well exclusive recipes, tips and advice on various topics. I am a food writer for Cotswold Style Magazine, producing seasonal recipes on a monthly basis that are inspired by my passion for the countryside and all its wonderful offerings. Drawing on my inspiration for chefs, such as Clarissa Dickson-Wright, Jamie Oliver and Marco Pierre White, I am now in the process of taking my love for all things food to a whole new level.
