Introduction	Ersula is a native of Charlotte, NC, and has been an avid writer since the age of nine, when she knew she wanted to become an author. Over the years, her love of poetry writing has expanded into novel writing, through which she has written three historical fiction books, as well as an extensive collection of short stories and poems. She received her B.A. in mass communications from N. C. Central University in Durham, NC, and MFA in creative writing from Queens University of Charlotte. Currently, she resides in Apex, NC, where she is working on completing her next publication. She has three children, Azahria, Jayden, and Roman, who continue to inspire and encourage her creativity and passion for storytelling.
