IntroductionYou really don't want to go there. At times it can be a dark and scary place. While at other times it can be a joyous and light-hearted vacation paradise in your very own backyard. What a long and strange journey I have been on. It's funny how lives intersect. And how you meet people along the way, some are thrust upon you without choice, while others seemingly by divine intervention. I've met people who, for reasons beyond all normal comprehension, have now become famous. While others are quite likely to remain forever in the squalor of their own meaningless existence. I do accounting stuff - which I'm actually trained to do, but I hate working with numbers. Don't get me wrong, I love my job and the people I work with, but if I could do it in a way where I didn't have to look at numbers all day long, well then, that would be a fantastic job! So enough about me, let's hear about you!
InterestsWorld religions, music, history, politics, quantum mechanics/choas theory, and shiny objects.
Favorite moviesLocal Hero, This is Spinal Tap, The Big Chill, Animal House, Caddysahack, Lord of the Rings (the first and third ones, Peter Jackson knows why, but the restraining order says I can't tell you why), Indiana Jones (again the first and third ones only, if you saw them then you'd know why), Star Wars (the first three, or is it now the last three, oh damn you George Lucas), Monty Python's Holy Grail, Comfort and Joy (don't bother looking for it you'll never find it anywhere).
Favorite musicThe Police/Sting, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, INXS, Matchbox 20, Nirvana, Our Lady Peace, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, U2, Billy Joel, Toto, Supertramp, everything else on my iPod and of course Mozart.
Favorite booksI Cluadius, Lord of The Rings, stuff by Larry Niven, The Dictionary (Oxford not Webster - he's an idiot), Dead Sea Scrolls, and anything with pictures (colour pictures, no black & white's - they're boring).
