Introduction	Alexandra Kelly is the founder and Managing Director of Powerchex Ltd, an award winning, pre-employment screening firm based in London. She has several years of professional experience in a range of sectors including banking and insurance, consulting, manufacturing and publishing, both in the UK and internationally. Alexandra has worked as an operational risk management consultant in the City where she advised on the methodology of identifying and controlling operational risks, focusing particularly in managing people risk. Previously she held senior roles in financial sales and banking operations for Morgan Stanley and Citicorp. As an accomplished executive, Alexandra has passed on her experience during several conferences, lectures and training seminars. In November 2007, Alexandra was awarded the Business Person of the Year Thames Gateway Award. Alexandra has an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon School (University of Rochester) is a Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute.
