| Introduction | As far back as I can remember friends and family have always come to me with health concerns/issues because of my practical approach to health and wellness. I grew up in an environment where the garden wasn't just for food but also used for medicinal reasons. Many family remedies have been passed down and seeing the results myself, I have come to use these items personally, on a daily basis. I believe that what comes from the Earth when used properly can help anyone live healthier and have longer years no matter your age or background.
