OccupationMovement Educator - FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner and Assistant Trainer
LocationGlen Ellyn, IL, United States
IntroductionIn addition to my private Feldenkrais Method® practice in Glen Ellyn, IL, I am an Assistant Trainer of the Method and can be found teaching at trainings, conferences and advanced programs. I especially enjoy presenting to groups about the foundations of learning to learn, finding ease in a complex world, and how to do ANYTHING - Better. Ask nicely and I will gladly tailor a program to your group's specific needs. Raising a child with significant disabilities, and learning to live with the aftermath of a concussion have really given me cause to practice what I preach. It's been quite a journey - some ups, some downs but always, always interesting. Ah, the great Eastern curse, "May you live in interesting times." If you, like me, are trying to plot a course through an increasingly complex world, I hope this blog will give you hope that, yes, things can be calmer and easier if you are willing to learn. So, if you're in my boat, welcome aboard and happy sailing.
