| Introduction | My name is Rita and I am a Rhode Island native living in Colorado. I like to spend my free time cooking and being outside. I mean for the Mafe Factor to be defined as that special spice that only a sense of adventure can add to our food and our lives. My profile picture was taken by my boyfriend Ryan the first time I ever stayed at his house as a Couchsurfer passing through Colorado while biking across the country. I made us some hibachi pizzas with kale and mushrooms and the rest is history. I'll have to post that recipe some day. |
