| Introduction | I received an engineering degree in 1997. I started out in the coal mining industry of all places. Realizing that wasn't for me, I moved in to construction. Soon after I got into the clean energy and green building. A few years my wife and I moved to the mountains of Colorado and built an off-grid solar and wind powered home.
