| Introduction | Well I guess now that I have a blog and I'm a mom I am officially a mom blogger! I write about personal growth/ Taking radical responsibility for one-self/ Living life on life's terms/ Mother wounds/ Overcoming/ I share about the struggles I have had with depression, anxiety, addiction and C-PTSD and PTSD/ I do not give parenting advice. I'll leave that to the experts. I offer advice on dealing with one-self while being a mother. I wholeheartedly believe that when we are the best versions of ourselves we are better parents, lovers and friends. So seeking self-improvement on all levels should come before any other job that we may have. It all starts with "ME". |
