Location	The Peoples Republic of Reading
Introduction	As many of you will know, the real Wat Tyler led a Peasants Revolt in 1381 against an oppressive Poll Tax ( Ring any bells ? ) imposed by Richard II and was killed for his trouble. Now, the good people of Reading are certainly not Peasants and the present Labour incumbents’ of the Civic Centre could never be seen as Royalty but lets face it there are some similarities. This modern day Tyler sees it as his destiny to lead the oppressed masses of Reading to smash the tyranny of the only Stalinist Borough in the UK.
