| Introduction | My first love is the Lord Jesus Christ. I truly desire to have a relationship with God the Father that makes Him delight in me when I approach Him in prayer and worship. I have a deep desire for the Lord Jesus Christ to be my best Friend in life. I long to have the Holy Spirit work through my life, guiding my steps and producing spiritual fruit through me. I really like hanging out with my wonderful wife. Terri was my high school sweetheart in 1973 and we are still very much in love. God has blessed me with five sons and a daughter, four fabulous daughters-in-law and seven wonderful grandchildren. I love being a pastor and wouldn't want to trade jobs with anyone, even Captain Kirk. |
| Interests | I have an interest in knowing Jesus Christ on a deeper level than I have ever experienced before. I'd like to write a book or two someday. I love to study church growth. I would like to leave a legacy of faithfulness for my kids and grandkids. I love to preach! I hope my life is a blessing to others. |

| Favorite music | Phillips, Craig and Dean are the best! I also love Contemporary Praise and Worship. |
| Favorite books | The Bible Anything by Chuck Swindoll, Max Lucato, Charles Stanley, Andy Stanley, Warren Weirsbe, Adrean Rogers and Ron Dunn. I enjoy John MacArthurs Commentaries. I like to read Star Trek novels on occassion. |
