Introduction | I started wargaming in the late 1960s as a natural progression from making Airfix kits! My first 'proper' games were using Charles Grants hugely influential 'Battle' rules and I haven't looked back since. I had a lengthy break from miniatures gaming in the 1990s, but came back to it in 1997, largely as a result of the enthusiam of the Mansfield Wargames Club and the publication of Arty Conliffes 'Spearhead' rules for grand tactical WW2 gaming. In recent years I have been a fairly active member of Wargames Developments and Sheffield Wargames Society. |
