Introduction	I am a Medical Assistant with a Degree in Le Courdon Bleu Culinary Arts, who recovered from a Methamphetamine addiction in 2001. I love to Ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles and explore the Great State of AZ, but I dont own a bike so I have to ride bitch when the opportunity allows. I love to try new wines and visit wineries, and though I didn't cook professionally for long I love to cook for family and friends as often as i can.
Interests	SCA~Society for Creative Anachronism. The great fun of living the best part of the Medieval times. I'm very new to playing this game but so far I love it very much!
Favorite movies	Oh there are too many to name but i can tell you that I do not like stupid Horror flicks and stupid comedies. I'm a major Action lover, and of course Chick Flick lover.
Favorite music	Classic Rock has a special place in my heart but i love a good dance tune. there is an untrained dancer living inside me who never got to learn the Art!
Favorite books	OMG I am an Avid book reader, fiction mostly. Authors i love are Nora Roberts Jude Devereaux Sherrilyn Kenyon and the like.
