| Introduction | I have been in the food industry since i was 15 years old. I started at A&W, then Swiss Chalet, two or three coffee shops, Kelseys, then culinary school in Toronto, Chop, Sicilian Pasta Kitchen, NAIT Cook Apprentice, Shaw Conference Centre, Royal Glenora, The Marc.... I started at the front of house and eventually worked my way to the back, into the kitchen. This is where I am much more in my safety zone. All my life food has been number one, its just what makes my emotions run and brings me to a special place.. Just updating this now! 2016 I am now a proud momma, still cooking all the time!
