| Introduction | We are the staff of the Technology Department at the Troy (MI) Public Library. The staff of 12 is made up of librarians, technology professionals, and graduate and college students. We staff the Library's Technology Center of 50 workstations, working with the public one-on-one to help them answer their information needs. We also teach classes on Computer Basics, Navigating the Internet, Word, Publisher, Excel, Web 2.0, and Library Resources on the Web. |
