Introduction	I am currently the CEO of The Pin People - Lapel Pin Company. They are actually the largest lapel pin design, manufacturing, and supplier in the United States. In my heart, I am a full blown entrepreneur which is a HUGE change from last career. Ok since you are looking at the about me, I will give you the low down. I am a retired Police Officer from New York. I started a lapel pin company as a side "gig" back in 2000. Everything changed after the Attack on the World Trade Center on September 11th. After responding to Ground Zero on September 11th and returning home to my family, four months later, I began creating lapel pins for many of the rescue workers and families of 9/11. This grew into a large business that began to incorporate police departments, fire departments, military units, corporations and private organizations. You could say that we create the first Brand name in the lapel pin industry. When I retired as a Police Officer, I jumped into the business full time and began to expand every way possible.
