Introduction	I began as a HIndi short story writer. Subsequently took to reading history of India and wrote an encyclopedia in English 'India Through Questions and Answers (2 vol. Some writing in poetry also. Currently i mainly write articles on websites as a citizen journalist. My two latest books are: 1. Bhagat Singh: Itihas ke kuchh aur panne (Hindi) and 2. Mumbai kiski and other articles (English).
Interests	Writing political/historical articles, writing poetry, reading tranvelling.
Favorite movies	Black Friday, Taare Zameen Par,Ardhy Satya, Mandi and other movies by Govind Nihalani and Shyam Benegal. Also movies like Mausam and Aandhi enacted by Sanjeev Kumar.
Favorite books	Many. From Hindi novels like Godaan to novels by Mohan Rakesh, stories by Chekhov. In English The Great Expectations, David Copperfield. History books by Jawaharlal Nehru, Rajmohan Gandhi and even autobiography of Benazir Bhutto.
