| Introduction | I am a neophiliac. Change doesn't scare me, in fact it absolutely invigorates me! The world is not just getting strange, but getting stranger at an ever accelerating rate. Strange and wonderful things are just around the corner, and even stranger and more wonderful things are just around the corner from that. I am the City of Dallas Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service Radio Officer. I have been an active ham since the winter of 1988 spending the vast majority of my time providing Amateur Radio communications to serve the communities in which I've lived. I enjoy all aspects of ham radio, especially the public service and technical aspects. |
