Gender Female

Introduction How much can I possibly say about me? Not much stays the same for very long at my age. A few key phrases, I suppose, would be hematology, history, and Star Trek ... plus I'm a librarian. Now you have to love me.
Interests gemology, theater, shelving library books (because it's the best therapy on Earth), botany, health science, languages (everything from Russian to Cantonese Chinese to Dutch), chemistry, photography, Greek Mythology, Ancient Rome
Favorite Movies Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (which I strongly believe is the best of the lot), Stardust (which is brilliant but underestimated), Coraline (which is brilliant and justly loved), Doubt, Carrie (also brilliant but ... not really something I can watch), Saved!
Favorite Music Toad the Wet Sprocket, The Drifters, The Beatles, Elton John, Radiohead, Dan Wilson, Paul and Lorraine, Sam and Ruby, Twelve Girls Band, George Winston, Lisa Lynne, Van Morrison
Favorite Books Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Ballet Shoes by Noel Streatfeild, One of Those Hideous Books Where the Mother Dies by Sonya Sones, Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, The Life History of a Star by Kelly Easton, Climbing the Stairs by Padma Venkatraman, The Mystery of the Third Lucretia by Susan Runholt, Mick Harte Was Here by Barbara Park, The Final Frontier by J.M. Dillard (quite interesting how it read so much better than it played out on screen)
