| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom with 2 girls, 2 pets and 1 husband (dearly love the one I have and more than one would be way too much work) :-) The term stay at home mom makes me laugh because the last thing I ever do on a typical day is "stay at home". They should call it "run around, never have time to sit down or think straight mom" that's a more fitting title. I love to read. I have been rediscovering the joy of children's novels with my girls and the wonder and imagination they carry within. I love to cross stitch and decorate custom cakes. I really love to act and sing but can't seem to find much time for that. I love friends and playing and enjoying life. As most of our friends know there is often a party at our house. I love to cook but I love to eat more which would explain why I keep losing the same 10 lbs...and they keep finding me. In all fairness it's just leftover from the baby...OK, OK "the baby's" 12. I find that I am enjoying getting older (39) because with it comes a certain peace and calm with life and yourself and the ability to sit back and look at things more rationally. |
