| Introduction | I am an ordinary wife and mom. We have 2 fantastic girls who are well on their way to becoming great young women. My husband and I are both educators and have been for nearly 25 years. For the most part, my life has been rather predictable. I guess I assumed it would always be the same. We had weathered our storms, lost loved ones, raised children, and the like. I was looking ahead to retiring early to pursue writing, and then we all ended up "Parked in the Sun". Now, we are less certain of our future, but we have learned to take each day as it comes. We are determined to embrace the day, whatever it brings. |
