Introduction Josia Cotto was diagnosed on August 25th 2011 with an inoperable brainstem tumor called Pontine Glioma. Our six-year-old son was under the care of Dr. Gravin at the Children’s Hospital of NY Presbyterian/ University of Columbia. Josia did Radiation Treatment as well as Chemotherapy. This Chemotherapy that Josia is on is called Zolinza as known as Veronstat. We sought out other treatments and went to Houston Texas seeking after this alternative treatment which showed a high success rate while Josia stood a 6% chance ont Chemotherapy treatment. Our HMO and/or Private insurance do not cover this treatment. We received generous donations to have our son treated in Texas with this alternative treatment. The price tag was over $100,000 for at least one year of treatment. Unfortunately, after a little under 2 months of treatment, Josia's body could not stand up to what we were all fighting for. Josia passed away on June, 15, 2012. Now that we have been granted 501c3, we want to help others just like others helped us. Please make a contribution and help give a chance of life to a child in need.

If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?

I wish I could go to school to be with my friends and learn new and exciting things.
