Introduction	I was born in Russia and at a young age moved with my parents first to Israel and then to the United States. During my studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey, I studied psychology, religion and ecology. While at the University, I met my yoga teacher who inspired me to delve deeper into the age old wisdom of yoga. I have always been intrigued by yoga, its mysteries and ancient heritage. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali help me in my life and I re-read them frequently to check my progress. Also at Rutgers, I had the amazing opportunity to study with Zen, Taoist and Tai Chi practitioners. I am also a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner.
