| Introduction | My father loved to grow fruits and vegetables, raise his own stock and be surrounded by animals. There was always an abundance of fresh organic produce and meats available for our kitchen when I was young, so cooking was a natural progression for me. Starting out so young, I am "almost" fearless to tackle or create any recipe that suits my whimsy. Catering events for family and friends and working on a Personal Chef service all helped me build on my cooking creativity.
