| Introduction | From HK, been living in Canada for the past 16 years. Took my first Bikram Yoga class a few years back just to try it out and was so overwhelmed that I stopped for a bit. Then got back to it only for a few months then the laziness got to me again. In summer 2010, I was fortunate enough to get hired as a front desk at a Bikram Yoga studio, that got me back on track with the yoga. Have been a regular practitioner since. After experiencing the benefits of the yoga (less sick during the year and gaining flexibility...etc), I decided it's time to take on a challenge of a life time.
