IntroductionI am wooster. My husband is weester. Those are our nicknames, and well, through the years they've just kind of stuck. I am a wife to one incredible husband. I am mom to four little girls. We are in the process of adopting from Ethiopia, and we are passionate about child sponsorship. I am a stay at home mom and our church's worship leader. I am a child of the King and heir to an eternal kingdom. I am human with goals and dreams. I have experienced disappointments and failures. I love to laugh, work hard, and rest. I am loyal, but my trust is hard won. I love justice, and will fight for the oppressed. I can't do anything half-way. I cherish true friendships. I am sometimes complicated, but also refreshingly simple. I am driven, but don't like being competitive with people. I pick my battles. I won't give up on other people, but sometimes have to let go of them. I live adventurously, though most folks would think I'm an ordinary housewife. Working out, worshipping, spending time in relationships, and getting into God's Word are ways I renergize. I am tough as a ring post, but soft hearted. I am determined and excited to live every day to the fullest.
InterestsFollowing God, loving others, worshiping Him with complete abandon, my husband and best friend, my children, my family members, my church, music, working out, journaling, pictures, travel, the widowed, the poor, the orphans, adventures...life itself interests me!
Favorite moviesYou've Got Mail, Prince of Egypt, The Passion, Braveheart (edited version), Lord of the Rings Trilogy, An Affair to Remember,
Favorite musicAnything worship and an occasional oldie...I like ALL styles of music, but don't listen to any one style continuously. I get bored easily.
Favorite booksOoh, tough one. I read constantly, so it's difficult to narrow down. Mostly I love reading anything that helps me be more like Jesus. I know that probably sounds good-two-shoes to folks, but it's so true. He's so wonderfully intimate and yet so mysterious and distant at the same time! He's amazing! Who wouldn't want to know about Him?
