| Introduction | Remember that kid that you hear about, the one that grew up in a music school, racing from room to room, banging on instruments, making the conservatory his playground? I am that kid. My name is Michael August and music is, and has always been, my life. The initial purpose of this blog was to network with at least one industry professional every business day for 365 days with the goal of "making it" as a published songwriter and/or recording artist.
