Introduction	My husband, Paul, and I started a farm last year (2008). We began with chickens and eggs and Paul quickly became known as 'The Egg Man' at work (hence, the name of our website). I am the other half of the equation...I am 'The Egg Man's Wife'. (Feminist Note: Being the Egg Man's wife is not meant to imply any subordination or lack of personal identity. We are equal partners and together we are living our dream!)
