| Introduction | Life in the Green Room is designed to be a resource for people who have struggled with their health or weight & have a hard time making it a priority (We are all so busy!). I personally (as well have friends & family) have struggled with my weight & being consistent. My goal is to have a place where people can learn & share tips & tricks on ways to squeeze health in (while squeezing the fat out!). I want to share what I have learned (failures & successes). I hope after they leave this site they have found one new thing to try & a little inspiration that it is possible to make progress! |

| Favorite movies | I don't know! I never watch movies. Really! If you can name a super famous movie, there's a 50/50 shot I haven't seen it. If you name 2, it's almost a guarantee! |
| Favorite music | Most anything. I'm not a very cool music person. Example: Literally no one has ever asked my about what's new that I'm listening too :) I find something I like & stick with it! |
| Favorite books | I just read 'I Regret Nothing' by Jen Lancaster. Hilarious memoir & it talks about goal setting. All my favorite stuff! |
