| Introduction | My name is Stevie-Ann Patrick, I am a registered nurse. My, department has implemented Electronic Health Record which has been quite easy to navigate with basic computer technological knowledge. However, in pursuing my MSC in an online course, I have been exposed to various technological tools and platforms such as online discussions, video conferencing, and collaborative document editing. At first, I found it challenging to navigate through these tools and adapt to the virtual learning environment. However, as I progressed in my studies, I began to appreciate the benefits of technology in education, such as increased flexibility, accessibility, and collaboration. Furthermore, it has enabled me to access educational resources and materials that would not have been available to me otherwise. In terms of my overall knowledge of technology, I would rate myself as intermediate. I have basic computer skills such as typing, internet browsing, and document formatting. Additionally, I can use various social media platforms, email, and video conferencing tools.
