| Introduction | Hello I'm Brina. I've attempted to lose weight multiple times but they were half-hearted and unsuccessful. I am starting college in the fall and I want a new start. So i am going to lose weight over the year and get healthier. By the beginning of my second year i want to have lost a good hundred pounds and i am not going to stop there.
