| Introduction | We love sweets! No matter where we go, we find them. Or they find us. Lucky for us, we’re skinny, so we don’t have to hide that love — or feel shame about that mint mocha with whipped cream and a slice of decadent chocolate cake at the same time. Maybe it’s because we eat healthy too. We certainly don’t exercise enough — and, yes, we feel guilty about that. But we never regret indulging in life's sweetest moments! |
