| Introduction | Safe Place for Pets is an animal rescue that rehomes pets of terminally ill owners. We were founded by a Hospice nurse 16 years ago. Since then, we have helped hundreds of bereaved pets find loving new families. We are an all-volunteer organization that is proud to serve El Paso and Teller Counties in Colorado.
