Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Fish Totally would like to have the OPTION of having a bicycle, but then you get the one stupid fish that is offended at EVERYTHING and throws a fit because "you're making fun of the fact he doesn't have arms or legs!"
