| Introduction | I'm Big Ma and I love food. If baseball is America's national pastime, then eating is mine. Luckily, I joined the rowing team at Northeastern University to support my food addiction. Since then, I haven't lost my love for great eats, but I have turned my focus to eating right, instead of a lot. I learned there is a way to balance nutrition and indulgence, and how to feel great on top of it all. This year, I live with three friends and we all have distinctly unique body types and eating habits. Every night we all bring something different to the table, literally.
