Introduction	I am a 27 year old system administrator for a government contractor. Somehow along the way, I got started running by participating in a local 5K race. This gave me the fever. It turned into 10 mile races, half marathons and now I have set the goal to complete a full marathon. Lots of running ended up causing lots of foot pain, which led me to cross-train. That's where biking came into the picture. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, a lot of great friends, and a precious cocker spaniel dog that I am a fool for! I enjoy road-biking, mountain biking, kayaking, snow-skiing, golf, and running. I am very unique in that I love races and competitions, but I wouldn't necesarily consider myself "competitive." I like leisurely workouts just as much! Even though I crave being active, I also enjoy relaxing and soaking up all the possibilities life has to offer!
