Introduction	I created this blog to try and let the world all about the benefits of hypnosis, meditation, "alternative" medicine, and much more. I first got started in these products last December. It was almost Christmas time, but unlike everyone else, I was miserable. I smoked too much, ate too much, spent to much... I was physically, emotionally, and spiritually unwell. Maybe your like me- I was raised in a abusive home. The worst part is I carry my past into my future with me. I was self-destructive. I needed help. Admitting it was the first step. The second step was to find healing. Now, do not get me wrong, if you have a mental or physical illness you need medical supervision. But what if you are stuck in a rut? I was that is when I started to take my spirituality seriously. When I did that- well, there were dramatic changes in my life. I am now a happy and successful person. Everyone has noticed a change in me! I feel so happy when I share the products that have bettered my life! Now I hope to do that with people on a much larger scale.
