Introduction	Hi my name is Jake Brown and I'm 19 years old. My brother Jason and I started Brown Lures in December 2005. My grandfather is Paul Brown who manufactures the famous Corky. I've grown up around fishing and the general outdoors and I really enjoy fishing, hunting, racing, and college. I go to San Jacinto College - South Campus right now where I'm getting my basics out of the way to transfer to The University of Houston. I'm wanting to major in Mechanical Technology and possibly minor in Business. I'm actually quite a nerd/geek whatever you may call it. I used to work on Best Buy's Geek Squad for a year or so while I was still in high school. I recently quit working there to pursue the fishing lure industry and also get my hands wet in the metal fabrication world. I currently work part-time at a fab shop in South Houston called STI, Inc. I've been exposed to many different fields of study and i really enjoy most everything. I admit that I have an obsession with cars. Yes, I'm a pure Chevy guy but I do like the Ford diesels.
