| Introduction | Thank you so much for stopping by! I was always intimidated by the word "foodie" until I realized that anyone can be a foodie. You just need two things, passion and curiosity. I hope this blog will show you my passions and curiosities about the foods I encounter and inspire you to try something new! In my adventures I hope to brave some of my food phobias, such as pulling the heads off of shrimp and deviled eggs. I grew up in the deep south, but have spent some time overseas in Germany. I love world cuisine and I love trying new flavors. being the only "white girl" on my husband's(who is asian) side of the family can get a little intimidating. So I get to experience some pretty ethnic foods and try not to be squeamish about it. But everyday my boundaries are pushed and I feel like I'm growing as a person through my food experiences and my writing. Thank you so much for joining me.
