| Introduction | I'm a 32 year old who blogs and writes poetry to help with my current mental health problems. I am diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety, EUPD, depression and OCD and have struggled with suicidal thoughts. I want to share my thoughts and poems to help me express myself, and maybe, just maybe, help others understand their mental health difficulties. I have spent most of time between March 2019 and August 2019 as inpatient and had other admissions since both voluntary and on section 2 & 3. On my first ward and on my first admission I randomly wrote some of my thoughts down and managed to make them into a poem, and since then I've found it a good way to express and process what's going on in my mind. |
