Propose anyway... by getting the Mayor of London to agree to letting me put a big banner across Big Ben (naturally with the words "Will You Marry Me?") and then saying: Darling, you are the most wonderful person I know... you always make me smile and if you want to carry on seeing me smile you better say YES to the question up there!
