| Introduction | Steve Dyer is a professional truck driver. He is the owner of a KW900 and is leased to Mercer Transportation. A former resident of Knott County Kentucky, he now calls the open road his home. Steve is the father of two children, Mitch and Krystal and the grandfather of Charli Grace. He serves as the "Trucker Buddy" for Carr Creek Elementary School, which is located in Litt Carr, Kentucky. Steve has been featured on WYMT for his volunteer work with the program. Steve was named "Trucker Buddy of the Month" for December 2010. Susan Amburgey is a former educator for the Knott County School System. She served as the Computer Lab Instructor at Carr Creek Elementary. Susan is the Co-Coach of the Student Technology Leadership Program at CCE. Her team won the 2006 KY State Championship and she serves as a member of the STLP Advisory Council for the KY Department of Education. Susan is active in the Miss America Pageant Organization. She is the mother of two children, Austin and Autumn and has two grandchildren: Presley and Sophia. Steve and Susan both have traveled to 49 states, Canada and Mexico.
