Introduction	My name is Rick Gold and I live and work in Missoula, MT where I am pursuing my own Civil Legal trials against the City & County of Missoula (DV 03-46) and New! Against the State of Montana (DV 09-320) and now Jan. 26, 2010 back to the Montana Supreme Court (DA 09-0675). My purpose with this blog is to help flesh out the issues in equal protection in Montana’s Court system for low income people in protecting Montanan’s Civil Rights through equal access and equal protection of the laws of the State of Montana and Our Constitution.
