| Introduction | SCHOOL: Harmony Elementary School CLASS: First grade SCHOOL PHONE: 228-2228 About The Teacher: My name is Christie Horn, and I am so excited to begin my eighth year here at Harmony Elementary School. This is the my 14th year teaching (wow, time flies!). I can't imagine being in any other profession, and can truly say that I love my job! I grew up in Connecticut and moved to Kentucky before high school. I continued my education and earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a Master's in Elementary Education at the University of Louisville. I earned my National Board Certification in teaching (NBCT) six years ago. My experience includes PreK-5th grade. I live here in Goshen with my husband, Greg and our four children. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, going to the lake, scrapbooking and reading. |
