Introduction	Hi, My name is Denise Conroy. I purchased my first Curly Horse back in 1996. My husband Tom, (an allergy sufferer) enjoyed the breed so much he wanted to start 'populating' the earth with lots of wonderful curly babies. I humored him (for a time) but in 2004 we decided to retire from breeding and simply enjoy our curly geldings. I am an avid rider and love to see what our Curlies can do. I also love promoting and look for opportunities to share with others the wonderful traits of this rare and unique breed. In 2006, as an empty nester I found had more time and I needed to use it for good. I decided to develop Curly Horse Country as a way to unite the Curly Horse community by encouraging each other, sharing information and promoting the breed. I am proud to be part of a dynamic group of people. Thank you to all for your support!
