| Introduction | It has been nearly 10 years since I began this blog. When I began it I was living out on Chehalem Mt with a sweeping view of the NE toward Portland. 5 years ago I moved toward the city, and now live down at River level in Milawukie, one half block from the Portland City line. Living in town has offered new opportunities: a new yoga community, a meditation community, water shed work and baby sitting . The other big change is my becoming a grand mother. Let me call it "Abuelita", that sounds so much prettier. I care for my 2 nietas at least one day a week, and sometimes overnight. Children change one's life thoroughly and irrevocably. I have a daily yoga practice and hold my own little yoga community on Chelalem Mt. most Tuesdays. I look forward to learning new things, traveling more, increasing my meditative abilities and becoming more of who I am as time advances while learning to nurture and improve what I have now. |
