Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
When I was much younger, the boy across the street who was about 13 or so, when I was about 8, forced me to tie my scarf around his neck....and pull tight. And tight and tight and TIGHT, until he could not breathe and his face was red. Scared the CRAP outa me. Since then, I hate wearing scarves.
