Introduction	I'm a pescatarian musician, song writer who loves to cook a good meal at the end of a busy day. Cooking and music are my two great loves. They make me happy and relax me when I am feeling stressed. I also write short stories and longer pieces. My idea of a good day is to sit down with a good meal then grab my note pad or guitar while my cat sleeps next to me on the couch. I hope people out there get as much joy out of my recipes as I do.
