Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Btw, I do wear a scarf like all the time but what if there is a draft and your neck gets cold? Then what do you do? PUT ON A STUPID SCARF FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
