Grew up in Portland, OR, most extended family lives in Seattle or Kelso WA area. Been married over 25 years, neither my wife nor I have any family anywhere near New Mexico. Before I lost my hearing, I was involved with science fiction fandom, Toastmasters, community theater, and was a professional storyteller.
